Demos and Appearances

If you are looking for a unique way to draw more foot traffic to your Festival or looking for a guest speaker your students will always remember, consider adding us to your schedule. Our Demos have been enjoyed at Arts and Crafts Festivals, Schools and Group functions.
Scandinavian Festival 2005
At Arts and Crafts Festivals we have found that our Demos attract not just the youngster but kids of all ages. We know of a number of husbands who "never attend Festivals" who came the second day chiefly to see our demo. At one recent Festival we were interviewed on live radio and this caused a huge jump in foot traffic within the hour and filled the demo area at our next scheduled show.

"I appreciate the air of authenticity that you gave us." -V.M., A&C Festival Director
"You kept everyone transfixed during your demo, it was simply wonderful. Your voice shows just how much you love your craft." -B.W., Educator
Arts and Crafts Festivals sometimes suffer from "Ready-made" Vendors. A Blacksmith Demonstration can help your festival to return to its Crafter roots. Good "real craft" press can even help you turn around falling attendance from Vendors and Patrons alike.
North Georgia Celtic Festival 2004
"We had not been back in three years, but when I heard that a Blacksmith was going to be holding Demos at the Festival; I signed up immediately." -A.W., A & C Vendor
"Simply astounding!" -K.S., Heritage Festival Organizer
School Demos: Kids love us! We were scheduled to preform a Demonstration for three classes at a local Middle School, we ended up performing all day long as the entire school filtered past. We are able to tailor our lectures to your student's needs, ensuring their enjoyment while sneaking in a lot of learning.
